Merchandise Lens

Inventory review for small online shops across Canada

Know what’s running low—and what to do next

Merchandise Lens helps you enter product and stock records, review what is running low, and prepare a supplier reorder draft. Inventory is manual for now: Shopify inventory sync is not available, while confirmed supplier drafts can be emailed. Delivery confirmation is unavailable.

Owner-entered records · Shopify inventory sync not available yet · reorder drafts stay with you for review

How it works

Move from a stock count to a next step.

Enter the information you already have, review it against the reorder threshold you set, and save a draft for the supplier follow-up you choose. The workflow is manual today: Shopify inventory sync is unavailable, while confirmed drafts can be emailed to their saved supplier addresses. Email service acceptance does not confirm delivery.

A three-step explanation of how owner-entered product and stock records support inventory review and saved supplier reorder drafts.

  1. 01Enter

Keep the product details you know in one place.

Add the product, current stock and reorder threshold you want to watch. These records are entered by the shop owner; Merchandise Lens does not pull them from Shopify.
  2. 02Review

See the stock signals that need attention.

Review saved stock, dated sales updates and stock adjustments against your owner-set threshold. The records stay yours to check and interpret.
  3. 03Decide

Save the next supplier action for review.

Prepare a supplier reorder draft when you are ready to replenish. It is saved for your review and is not sent by Merchandise Lens.

Inventory review and replenishment

Only the stock work you need to see.

Merchandise Lens keeps the manual parts of a stock review together, so a small online shop can move from saved records to a considered replenishment decision.

Capture the records you already have

Add product stock, supplier details and reorder thresholds yourself. Merchandise Lens works from those saved records; Shopify inventory sync is not available yet.

Keep dated stock context together

Record sales updates and stock adjustments separately, so you can review what changed without losing the current count.

Prepare the next replenishment action

When a saved product needs attention, prepare a supplier reorder draft, confirm its saved message, and send it to the supplier. Delivery confirmation is unavailable.

Product and stock records are entered and maintained by the owner. Shopify inventory sync is not available yet. Confirmed reorder drafts can be emailed to the saved supplier address; the email service does not report delivery confirmation.
